Participating in an activity session at Rope Runners Ltd may be physically and emotionally challenging and that there are inherent risks associated with such adventure activities. Failure to follow our safety rules and advice could make personal injury or a serious or fatal accident more likely but this risk is present even if you follow all the rules. You can reduce any risks by following the advice below:
Utilise all personal protective equipment supplied by Rope Runners Ltd as instructed.
If necessary, ask for clarification of instructions regarding the use of equipment before beginning any activity or at any time during an activity.
Report any possible faults found with any piece of equipment to a member of Rope Runners staff so that it can be checked and replaced if necessary.
Do not participate in activities if you have a medical condition which might be made worse by participating in an activity at Rope Runners Ltd, or which might increase the chance of you being involved in an incident or accident, resulting in injury to yourself or others (e.g. heart condition, epilepsy, back or neck problems, pregnancy etc).
If you are affected by such a condition then please consult a member of the Rope Runners staff before undertaking any activity.
Abide by our weight limit and be honest with yourself about your level of fitness. The maximum weight for participants on the ropes course and for water zorbing is 120kg (19 stones)
We have an inclusive participation policy and whereever possible will make adjustments to allow clients to participate as fully as they are able. This might restrict the session times that are available to you. If you have a medical condition that might affect your participation in activities please speak to us before booking - that way we can make sure we are ready to welcome you when you arrive.

Our philosophy is to encourage people to participate fully in high ropes adventure. Whilst our instructors are all fully practiced in rescue techniques we encourage clients to problem solve for themselves whilst out on our adventure courses. We are always on hand to give advice if required.
Sturdy shoes, trainers or boots must be worn for all activities (No sandals or flip flops). In winter, no Ugg type boots please as these do not offer enough support at the ankle and do not provide enough grip.
We do not recommend shorts or vest tops as harnesses may rub. Long hair must be tied back. Small earrings are permitted - hypoallergenic tape is available on request - large or hooped earrings must be removed.
The management reserves the right to cancel activities in the event of adverse weather conditions (severe icy weather, snow, highwinds / storm risk etc). A refund or credit voucher will be offered if your activity hasn't started. If your activity has started then a partial refund may be offered.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
